Research Studies

NBCC’s PARC is engaged in groundbreaking research projects designed specifically to support the counseling profession by expanding resources for counselors throughout their career paths, from graduate students just starting out all the way through to those nearing retirement. The PARC public progress reports are designed to help you stay informed of our projects every step of the way.

Through these research projects, valuable insights are generated that will help educate and engage policymakers, including state legislative bodies, Congress, licensure boards, and others, about the critical issues impacting mental health care. Our research in partnership with NCCs around the world aims to strengthen the counseling profession and ensure your voice is heard in shaping policies that impact your work and your clients.
